Backchanneling Grows Up

OK, tonight I'm going to cheat and I promise I won't do this often.  But, it's been a long day at FETC and I need some sleep before my presentation in the morning.  During today's "shootout" Leslie Fisher introduced the audience to very nice backchanneling tool.  I don't know how I've missed it in my cloud journeys but it's apparently been around for awhile: www.coveritlive.com  Seems like a very impressive tool (although I haven't had much time to research it - so I won't attempt to even describe it).  Check it out and let me know what you think!
